Returns Terms and Conditions

By purchasing this product you are agreeing to these terms and conditions on this page.

Returns:

• All returns must be authorized by SEM Inc. with a RGA number before any returned products will be accepted.
• All returns must be prepaid freight.
• All product must be in working order and in the original box and carton.
• All product must be in new and resalable condition.
• All returns will be inspected and tested upon receipt before credit is issued.
• If a return is found to be defected after testing, SEM, Inc will decide to either repair or or replace the fixutre.

Shipping Terms and Information

For smaller orders, FedEX ground will be used for shipping. Customer can pay to upgrade to air freight. For larger orders, the product may be shipped by container directly from our factory.

With any shipping method, please note the following regarding shipping and receipt:

• You must inspect your order upon receipt for possible damage caused during shipping
• If damage occurred, SEM, Inc must be notified within 2 business days after receipt of order to file a freight claim
• Customer will forfeit the ability to file a freight claims through SEM, Inc for any possible damages caused during shipping if SEM, Inc is notified after 2 business days.
• Fixtures tampered with will void UL and SEM, Inc warranties
